Enne, kui ma Hollandisse elama asusin, teatas mu isa, et Hollandis äriajamine on väga karm. Ta teavitas mind, et Hollandis ollakse konkreetsed kuid samal ajal osatakse siin kõike müüa. Ja kokkuvõttes teistelt nahk üle kõrvade tõmmata.

Nüüdseks olen aru saanud, et see võib täitsa tõele vastata. Isiklik kogemus peitub tegelikult maakleriagentuuri ja nendega asjatamises. Näiteks: peale 8 kuud siin elamist eeldavad nad, et korter näeb ikka välja nagu uhiuus- et seintel pole ühtegi imetillukest plekki (mitte et me siin vabal ajal mööda seine roomame mustade kätega, vaid lihtsalt need plekid tekivad). Ühesõnaga, meid sunnitakse seine värvima (või maksma, et nad ise selle töö ära teeksid). Õnneks see, et meil vannitoas peegel alla kukkus - hetkel on kleeplindiga kinni, ja et tualetis kraan ei tööta, meie kaela ei aetud. Lubasid ise korda teha... Kuid tõsiasi on see, et igasuguste asjade eest üritakse ikka lüpsta. Ma ei tea, kas kõik maaklerid on sellised või on tegemist lihtsalt ühe väga noriva agentuuriga. Samas, kui ma oma päris esimest õhtut Haagis meenutan, siis üks Bulgaaria poiss ütles kohe, et tegemist on väga ülbete maakleritega. Oleks pidanud kuulama teda, samas kodutu oleks ka päris nukker olnud olla.

Kokkuvõtvalt, antud korter on meid ilusasti teeninud. On olnud palju-palju lõbusaid õhtuid ja tõesõna olen tundnud end siin väga turvaliselt/ koduselt (ehk kuni veebruari-kuise röövlite saagiks jäämiseni). Nüüd aga ootavad uued kohad/ kodud. Järgmine reede, 31. mai jätame hüvasti antud kohaga. Nädalavahetusel värvin oma toa seinad ära. Pean siis veel 5 päeva "korralik" olema, ja seinu mitte puutuma, et ikka puhtad püsivad. Ah, ja loodan, et oma blondi peakesega ikka saan seinamaalimisega hakkama. 

Uuest kohast veel nii palju...... Et ma räägin täpsemalt, kui leping allkirjastatud :) 

Ja siin ainult sajab vihma. Kuskil 10 kraadi sooja keskmiselt, ja terve nädalavahetus kadestasin Eesti ilma, kui kõik postitasid facebooki endast päevitavaid pilte kuuma Päikese all. 

Ahjaa, laupäeval sai Eurovisiooni ka vaadatud. Olime ühes Iiri pubis, kus näidati suurelt ekraanilt. Sest ega meil ju kellegil telekat pole.

Before I moved to the NL, my dad told me that making business here is tough. He let me know, that Dutch people are supposedly very concrete and meanwhile they are able to sell everything. And in addition, they can get money from everywhere using whatever techniques.

By now I have realized that he might have been right, at least in some cases. My personal experience comes down to our rental agency and making "business" with them. For example: after 8 months of living here, they expect the flat to look exactly like brand new- so that the walls won't have any eenie-meenie-tiny stains at all (not that we like to crawl up the wall with dirty hands, the little "living" stains just appear). Overall, they are making us to paint the walls (or pay them to paint them again). Well, for our luck they said that we are not responsible for the mirror in the bathroom which fell off from the wall (it is currently on the wall by transparent tape), and that the tap in the toilet is not working. They said they gonna fix those themselves. But the truth is that they are being very picky. On the other hand, if I remember my very first evening in The Hague, then one Bulgarian actually did tell us that this agency is very mean. Should have listened to him then, but I guess it was a better choice than to be homeless. 

Generally, this flat has been a lovely home. I have had amazing evenings here and honestly I have felt here from times-to-times like this is my real true home and I have felt safe here (until February events when we got robbed). 

But now new places/ homes are awaiting. Next Friday, 31st of May, we will say goodbye to this place. On this weekend I will paint my room's walls. Then I have to be very neat for the next 5 days , so not to touch the walls at all with my "dirty" hands. Oh, and I hope I can manage painting the walls with my lovely blond head. 

About the new place..... I will tell you more when we have signed the contract :)

And it keeps raining here. It's around 10 degrees, and the whole weekend I was jealous of Estonian weather, as everyone kept posting on facebook lovely photos of them sunbathing under the hot sun. 

On Saturday, we were obviously watching Eurovision. We went to some Irish pub where they showed it on a big screen. None of us has the luxury of owning a working TV.

Ilm Hollandis on ikka väga jube, tähendab- suvest on asi ikka tohutult kauge. Samas olen kuulnud, et suvi pidigi siinkandis üks puhas veelombis kümblemine olema. Ühesõnaga, siin sajab vihma. Täna terve päeva sadanud ning ei paista järele jätvat. Teisalt, kõik on roheline, mis teeb vihma veidi rohkem talutavamaks. 

Uuh, mu Eesti reisike oli kokkuvõtvalt ikka suurepärane. Mulle isiklikult tundus, et tegin päris palju ning kuidagimoodi väga positiivne reis oli. Ei tekkinud veel seda tunnet, et tahan tagasi Hollandisse tohutult, kuid eks ikka väike igatsus tekkis. Aga sõprade ja perega on ikka super aega veeta ning Eestimaa on üks tore koht. 

Mu reisike Hollandisse läbi Kopenhaageni kestis võrdlemisi pikalt. Eriti, kuna passisin 3 tundi Kopenhaagenis, kuid tegelikult läks isegi võrdlemisi kiiresti see aeg. Avastasin lennujaama, sõin, mängisin mänge ja vist lugesin raamatut. Ja jälgisin inimesi... Taanlased jätsid üsna positiivse mulje, kenasid inimesi oli päris palju (noh, ma räägin siinkohal siis kenadest meestest). Kuid lennujaamades ju alati väga kirju seltskond koos, ei tea kas olidki Taanlased. Oi, ja Kopenhaagen- Amsterdam lennul hakkas mu kõrval olev mees minuga juttu puhuma, pärit Luksemburgist. Rääkis, et lõpetab praegu oma magistrikraadi ning tema juhendajaks on Eestlane nimega Alari. Ning tuli välja, et külastas Eestit detsembris, kui meil olevat olnud -26 kraadi. Noh, vähemalt lennureis läks selle vestluse tõttu kiiremini. 

Kool on kuidagi väga äravajunud. Vähemalt see nädal on paljud tunnid erinevatel põhjustel ära jäänud ning ei olegi kooli väga palju jalga tõstnud. Samas peaksin raamatuid hoogsalt lugema, sest see juuni kuu (eksamid tähendab) jõuab ju tohutu kiirusega kohale. 

Eile uuriti mult, kas ma soovin Hiina õpilastega järgmine aasta jätkata ja ma ei teagi kohe, mis otsus vastu võtta. Osalt võiks ju väikest taskuraha edasi saada, kuna ikka rahast ära ei ütle. Samas, kui ma nüüd enda vastu päris-päris aus olen, siis ma pole kindel, palju ma naudin seda. See on ok töö, aga kas (inglise) keele õpetamine on minule mõeldud.. Seda ma öelda ei oska. Pean veidi nuputama.

Korteriotsingud edenevad, täna käisime üht kohta vaatamas. Ja nüüd otsustame, kas tahame seda või mitte. Kui midagi konkreetsemat teada saan/ otsustame, siis annan teada. Aga jah, ikka 1.juunist peale olema antud kohast välja kolinud. Uued elanikud käisid siin juba mõõtmeid võtmas jne...

The weather in the Netherlands is horrible. I mean, it is far away from the summer. On the other hand, I have heard the rumors that in this country the summers were supposed to be stepping from one puddle to another. Anyways, it keeps raining here. Today the whole day and it doesn't seem to stop. But then again, everything is green which makes the rain a little more bearable. 

Uuh, my Estonian trip was great. I felt that I managed to do a lot of things and somehow I left feeling really positive. Didn't get the feeling yet that I desperately want to come back to the NL. It just felt amazing to spend time with my family and friends and Estonia is a supercool place. 

My trip to the NL from Copenhagen lasted pretty long. Especially as I had to stay in Copenhagen for almost 3 hours though somehow it didn't feel that long. I guess I was just strolling around the airport, ate some nice Chinese food, played with my phone (like a kid) and maybe even read a book. And observing people... The Danish people gave me a quite positive impression, there were many handsome people (well, I am mostly referring to handsome men). Though in the airports there are always lots of nationalities, so I am not even sure wether they were Danish. Oh, and on the flight from Copenhagen to Amsterdam the guy sitting next to me started chatting. He was from Luxembourg, and telling me that he is currently working on his masters degree and his mentor for his masters degree is Estonian, named Alari. And he also has been to Estonia, last December, when it was -26 degrees. Well, at least my flight went quicker because of him. 

The uni has been bit weird lately- by that I mean many classes have been cancelled this week for various reasons. Then again, I should be reading books cause June (exams in this case) are arriving quick.. as always. 

Yesterday, I was asked if I want to continue with coaching language students (Chinese mostly). I didn't know what to reply honestly. On one hand this small money is helping of course. To be honest, then I am not sure how much I am enjoying this. It is OK job, however I think coaching (english) language classes isn't exactly for me. So I gotta figure that out if I want to keep the job or not. 

The flat searching is kind of getting there, went to see one place today. Have to decide if we want it or not. When we have something more exact to say, I will let you guys know. But yes, still need to move out on the 1st of June. The new tenants already came here to measure the rooms etc...

Eestimaa

Olen nüüdseks Eestis veetnud üle nädala ning mõni hetk tagasi selgus, et mu reisike pikenes ning tagasi kuningriiki (Hollandisse) saabun alles järgmine esmaspäev. Poleks arvanud, et ma kunagi neid SAS Eurobonuse punkte kasutan, aga võta näpust- hetkel tulid päris hästi kasuks... Nii et nüüd saan 11. mai oma isa sünnipäeva Eestis tähistada, kui ka emadepäeva saab oma pere keskis veeta. 

Eesti seiklustest nii palju, et kõik kallikesed on tänaseks nähtud, kuid nüüd saangi veidi rohkem aega nendega veeta. Kodus veedan võrdlemisi palju aega, kuid mulle meeldib. Check-listid täituvad- Lennusadamas sain käidud, kinos käidud, Komeedis kooki maiustatud... Mida veel elult (Tallinnalt) tahta. 

Toredatest sündmustest veel nii palju, et laupäeval peeti meie juures vanaisa 75. juubelipidustused. Meie kodu oli vallutatud 28 isiku poolt (ja me mahtusime ära), ning söödi ja jutustati ja tehti pilte. Väga tore oli, vanaisa nooruspõlve pildid võtsid põlvest nõrgaks lausa- kõik ütlesid, et modellipoiss. Üks sõdurpoisi aja pilt olevat Peterburis kuskil fotonäitusel 2 aastat üleval olnud. 

Mh, ja ma ei oska midagi kirjutada Eesti kohta. Tore on siin olla, ja toredate inimestega aega veeta. Kuid mingi osa igatseb ikka Hollandi elu, nagu näiteks see soe ilm mis seal ootab. Lisaks põnevad ajad uue elukoha otsimisega. Ja muidugi koolis käimine. Ja ma ei teagi, mis veel huvitavat... 

Mul olid vahepeal vägagi sügavamõttelised teemad, millest kirjutada kuid hetkel kõik peast läinud.

I have spent over 1 week in Estonia and just around an hour ago I found out that my little trip is even longer than expected, so going back to NL on Monday instead of Wednesday. Never thought that SAS Eurobonus points (flight points) gonna benefit me, but currently they came quite handy... So now I can spend the 11th of May celebrating my dad's bday and on Sunday it is Mother's Day in Estonia. 

My adventures in Estonia- I have seen all my lovely people by now, and now I can even spends some more time with them. I have stayed at home quite a lot, but I like it here. Check-lists are kind of working- went to Maritime museum (it was opened last year and I really wanted to visit it), been to cinema, went to one lovely cafe Komeet to get some loveliest cakes in the world... What else do you want from life (Tallinn). 

On Saturday we celebrated my granddad's 75th jubilee. Our house was full of people, 28 guests to be exact (and yes, we did fit here). We are a lot , took photos and chatted. It was very nice, my granddad looked so handsome when he was young- everyone was telling that he looked like a model. One of the photos, while he was a soldier, was also in some exhibition for 2 years in Petersburg. 

Mh, and I don't know what else to write about Estonia. It is good to be here and spend nice time with good people. Some part of me misses NL, for example the warm weather and some other things... well, have to find a new place, and school.. and probably something else too.

Anyways, I know I had some very deep thoughts I wanted to write about but I cannot remember any longer.

Päikesest, Hollandi bürokraatiast veidi ja muud

Viimane postitus lõppes sellega, et järgneval päeval oli meil oma uue väljamõeldud brändi esitamine. Ja ohsaa, me kukkusime läbi selle ettekande. Ütleme nii, et pauk oli suur. Kuid ÕNNEKS-ÕNNEKS, antud kursuse hinne sõltus 50% presentatsioonist ja 50% brändi raamatust. Ja saime kompenseerida... ehk saime ikkagist kursuse läbi. Kokkuvõttes öeldi, et meil oli huvitav toode ja hea nimi antud tootele.. Kuid meie disain oli põhiidee kohta liiga tõsine ja teaduslik :) Ja osad uurimustöö komponendid jäid liiga lahtiseks. 

Ülejäänud eksamite tulemused oleme ka nüüdseks kätte saanud ja järjekordselt võin rõõmustada, kuna sain kõikidest ainetest läbi. Naljakas on see, et päris paljude eksamite puhul kukuvad umbes pooled osalejad läbi. Ma ei tea, kas inimesed ei viitsi õppida või on eksamid nii rasked. Ma kaldun isiklikult esimese variandi poole.

Igatahes, uus veerand on täie hooga käimas. Meil on sellised toredad ained nagu Finants-planeering (ma pole kunagi varem kohanud õppejõudu, kes on nii õnnelik oma ainet õpetades- kogu aeg nägu naerul härrasmehel matemaatikast jutustades), siis on meil Juhtimine (mis meenutab tegelikult TLÜ Juhtimise Aluseid, nii et midagi tuttavat). Mm, Current Affairs (päevakajalised uudised/ sündmused äkki tõlkes? ),   Ärikommunikatsioon (õpime lihtsalt väga-väga ametlikku kirjutamist), Majandust õpime ka nüüd ning veel õpime, kuidas organisatsioonid muutumisi vastu võtavad, ehk Change Management. Kõik ained on tegelikult päris huvitavad, kuigi mõni õppejõud on kahjuks üsna igav. Kuid selliseid tuleb ikka ja alati ette. 

Üks tore asi on see, et lõpuks on kevad Hollandisse jõudnud. Niivõrd-kuivõrd. Eelmine nädalavahetus saime lausa 19-kraadi sooja. Käisime rannas peesitamas, ja üleüldse olen randa jõudnud viimasel ajal päris palju. Lihtsalt päike ja rand... Perfektne kooslus. Kuigi teinekord tuulega 7 kilomeetrit rattaga randa sõita pole just lemmiktegevuste hulgast. Motivatsiooniks on lihtsalt see, et jalgrattaga sõitmine peaks väidetavalt pepu ilusamaks tegema, jei. 

Ahjaa, üks päev isa saatis mulle ühe huvitava arvamusloo Delfist (link). Antud arvamus räägib siis Hollandi bürokraatiast. Ja ma lihtsalt tahtsin öelda, et see vastab nii-nii tõele!!! Eestis on tõesõna kõik toimingud internetis kättesaadavad ning meilide kirjutamine on tihtipeale lihtsam isegi, kui kõnede tegemine. Siin riigis aga.. Oi jah, kõik asjaajamised käivad kirja teel. Kui kiiret informatsiooni vaja on, siis kõige parem on rääkida silmast silma. Ja siis tõenäoliselt, kui sul on vaja mingit dokumenti, saadetakse see sulle ikkagist kirjateel. Lihtsalt väike märge Hollandi kohta... Pean lihtsalt ütlema, et nii mõnigi kord on antud kirja süsteem väga tüütu. 

Ohsaa, ja parim uudis on see, et ma tulen Eestisse 26. aprill. Ma ei jõua ära oodata. Järjekordselt otsest koduigatsust pole veel, kuid lihtsalt... Ma tahan oma pere ja oma kalleid sõpru juba näha :) Seekordne Eesti reisike kestab umbes 1,5 nädalat. Pean endale "to-do" listi tegema Eesti jaoks, et kõik kõige toredamad tegevused saaksid ikka korda saadetud (nagu näiteks kinos käimine muhahahahha).

The last blog-post ended with the fact that we were about to have a pitch presentation about the new developed product. And well, we failed the presentation. Let's say that it was quite shocking at that point. Though LUCKILY the grade of that course was 50% presentation and 50% from the brand book. So we managed to compensate the grade with the brand-book (so we passed). The general feedback was that we developed an interesting product and the name was good.. But our design and our brand concept did not match, as the design was too scientific for our product :) And some parts of the research had too many loose endings. 

By now we have received all the exams results, and once again I can be happy as I passed all the exams. The funny (weird) part is that quite a lot of students fail the exams / around half of the people in some cases. I don't know still, if people are not bothered to study or the exams are rather difficult. I personally tend to go for the first reason. 

Anyways, new term has started once again. We have new courses such as Financial planning (I have never ever met a lecturer who is so motivated and happy about his course- this gentleman has a smile on his face all the time while talking about finances). Then we have Management and Organizations (it actually does reming me a Management course taken in Tallinn University last year- so at least some similarities). Mm, Current Affairs, Business Communication (we are learning how to write very formally), Economics or something like that. And Change Management so how people persist the change and how to deal with that basically. Generally, most of the subjects are really interesting though some of the lecturers tend to be rather boring. But it's always like that. 

One good thing- Spring has arrived to the Netherlands! More or less. Last weekend we had 19 degrees, went to the beach and it was amazingly nice.. Overall, I have been to the beach lately a lot. A sun and the beach.. a perfect combo. Though other times, going to the beach for 7 km with a bicycle and a strong wind is not particularly my favorite activity. The only motivation is that they say you get a great ass while riding a bike.. yay.

The other day my dad sent me one interesting article of one of the Estonian internet news channel. There's no point of sharing the link here, but generally it was one woman's opinion about the Netherlands and its bureaucracy. And I must say that the whole article was soo sooo true! In Estonia, everything, almost absolutely every activity regarding legal things/ queries etc, can be done online. E-mails are probably the simples communication channels. But oh, in the NL everything goes through mail - letters in that case. If you require a quick information, the best solution is to talk to a person directly. And then most likely, if you require some kind of document, it will be sent to you my mail. This is just a little note about the NL. In some cases it may be really annoying, especially as I must admit I am used to internet and requiring quick information through that channel. 

The best news is that I will be landing to Estonia upcoming Friday, 26th of April. Can't wait again. Once again, not homesick yet, but I just want to see my family and friends :) This time my Estonian trip will last for around 1,5 weeks. Have to create a "to-do" list for Estonia, so that I will manage to do everything I want hehe (for example, going to CHEAP CINEMA :D)

Eksamid, emme-issi, lihavõtted ja kõik muud lood (lühidalt)

Südametunnistus kripeldab. Pole ammu kirjutanud. Võtsin JUST PRAEGU kogu tahtejõu ja julguse kokku ning esitlen teile oma elu detaile (mitte midagi väga vürtsikat). 

Ühte tervet kuud on üsna keeruline nüüd kokku võtta. Märksõnadeks on õppimine, korteri-otsimine (probleemide lahendamine), veidikene pidutsemist, õppimine veel kord, emme-issi & Hele-Riini külastus, uus ratas, lihavõtte söömaorgia ning eksamid. Aa ja Hiina õpilased (kes suudavad mind vahest väga närvi ajada). Ma lihtsalt kirjutan üles kõik, mis pähe/ meelde tuleb. 

Toredamatest sündmustest kindlasti mu vanemate ja õe külastus. Kahjuks pidid nad pool aega ise ringi tšillima, kuna ma pidin koolis olema ja projekte lõpetama. Aga näiteks üks õhtu käisime Delftis uudistamas (ilus pisike linnake) ning teine päev trippisime Rotterdamis ringi. Oli mõte šopata aga mingil imelikult põhjusel keegi ei šopanudki väga palju. Külastasime Euromasti (Hollandi kõige kõrgem tornike, umbes 60 meetrit kõrgem kui meie Teletorn Tallinnas). Muidugi käisime söömas erinevates kohtades ja Haagis saime päris palju jalutada. Kahjuks aga oli ilm mitte meie kasuks, ja temperatuur oli ligikaudu 2kraadi kõigest. Kuid ikka tore on oma kalli perega ringi käia ja elust rääkida. ja lolli juttu, üks isik oli küll kahjuks puudu..

Ostsin endale uue ratta ka. Sest üks õhtu (sellest nüüd 3 nädalat tõenäoliselt) sõidan kodu poole... Ja ma teadsin, et mul ratta ketiga probleeme (tuli pidevalt maha). Ning sõidan, olen peaaegu et kodus... ja ühtäkki kukub terve kett rattalt maha. Pidurdada ka ei saa ilma ketita nii et veeresin siis edasi veidi.. Ja jalutasin koju. Päris masendav. See-eest vedas mul, ning leidsin ühe päris korralikku ratta kõigest 30€, väga hea saak peaks mainima. Ja näeb täpselt selline välja nagu ma olen endale tahtnud- naiste raamiga, musta värvi ja ehtne Hollandi ratas :) (pilti preagu polegi vist). 

Eelmine nädal olid eksamid. Alguses arvasin, et ei jõuagi üldse nendeks õppida kuna vanemad olid siin just enne seda ning korteriga oli palju jamamist, kuid tõenäoliselt läbisin siiski kõik eksamid. ma vähemalt siiralt loodan nii... Eks näeb. 

Korteriga aga... Ehk siis pidime ju välja kolima 1ks aprilliks. Algselt oli siuke plaan. Kuid mida aeg edasi, seda enam jõudsime arusaamale et meil lihtsalt pole kuhugile kolida!!! Ühtegi head/ sobivad korterit polnud rendis. Ja ütleme nii, et päris stressirikas, kui tead, et 2 nädala pärast pead välja kolima. Kokkuvõtvalt, ma suutsin kontakteeruda meie maakleri agentuuris mingisuguse tähtsama isikuga ja meil õnnestus kolimise kuupäev edasi lükata 1ks juuniks. Nii et nüüd on (vähem kui) kaks kuud aega, et leida endale tõeliselt hea ja sobiv koduke. Good luck to us. 

aa ja lihavõtted! Sara oli nii lahke ja kutsus meid pühapäeval enda juurde "Brunchile". Ta ise Marokost, aga kuna elab koos 3 Türklasega, siis oli toit väga "Türgi pärane", ehk väga rasvased suupisted jne. Aga issand kui hea oli süüa ja jutustada. Ja üllatuseks Sara ning Hannah olid teinud juustukooki. valge-šokolaadi, Oreo ja jõhvikatega... Sõnatuks võttis. Muideks, sain väga palju teada Islamist ja Marokolastest jne, väga huvitav oli. Balti maadest oskasime ainult nii palju öelda, et oleme üsna rassistlikud ikka (ma loodan, et see kedagi ei solva siinkohal). Aga samas tuli välja, et Saksamaa, kes väliselt jätab (vähemalt minu silmis) mulje, et on väga tolerantne, polegi tegelikkuses nii sõbralik teiste uskude/ taustade vastu... Huvitavad vestlused ütleks ma. 

Ja nüüd viimased päevad oleme oma suure projektiga tegelenud, ehk uue toote arendamisega (õigemini brändi loomisega). Neljapäeval on Brändi-raamatu tähtaeg ning ka ettekanne. 4 parimat gruppi saadetakse Yakult (üks ettevõte siin, mis tootab Actimeli sarnaseid jooke) peakontorisse esitama oma ideid :) Ma kahtlen, et me 4 parima sekka saame, kuid väga vahet pole- vähemalt meile endale üsna meeldib meie toode ja idee. Ja kogemus kindlasti.

I feel bad about not writing. So right now I gathered all my courage and will to give an overview about the details of my life (nothing spicy). 

It's quite difficult to give an overview about the whole month. The key words are probably studying, looking for a new flat (and solving problems with current one), partying a bit, studying again, my parents and sis visiting me, new bike, Easter brunch with classmates and exams. Oh and my Chinese students (they are sometimes able to drive me crazy). So I will just write everything which pops to my mind. 

The happiest times were def when my parents and sis came to visit me. Sadly I couldn't spend too much time with them cause had to stay in school for some projects etc. But for example, we managed to visit Delft one evening, the other day went to Rotterdam. The idea was to go shopping but for some really weird reason no one was really into that. Anyways, visited Euromast (the highest tower in the Netherlands). Also ate in different places and walked around in Den Haag. Sadly the weather was not so good, so the temperature was around 2 degrees only. But it was extremely nice to spend time with them and to talk silly things.. well one guy was missing this time. 

I bought myself a new bike. One evening (probably around 3 weeks ago already) I was coming back home... And I knew I had some troubles with my bike's chain (it kept coming off). So, I was riding my bike, almost at home... and suddenly the whole chain just fells off. Couldn't break either as you can't break without the chain. Anyways, walked home... Quite depressing. On the other hand, I was lucky enough to find a quite good bike for 30€. It looks exactly the way I have always wanted to- women's frame this time, black and a real Dutch bike :) (sorry don't have a pic atm).

Last week had exams! First I thought that I won't have time to study for them as my parents were here just before that and we had lots of things to sort out with our flat, but now I think that I most likely passed all of them.. Well I truly hope sp. We will see. 

About the flat... Well, first we had to move out on the 1st of April right. But the closer this time came, the more we realized that we don't have anywhere to move!! Couldn't find anything! And I must say it feels really stressful to know that you are going to be homeless in couple of weeks time. Anyways, I managed to contact one important person in our rental agency and luckily we managed to agree that we have to move out on the 1st of June. So now we have (bit less than) 2 months to find a perfect new home! Good luck to us. 

Easter! Sara was so kind and invited us over for Easter brunch. She is originally from Morocco and living with 3 Turkish girls so the food was very "Turkish"- greasy food etc. Though I must say- it was amazing brunch with amazing company. And for surprise, Sara and Hannah had made a cheesecake. Excellent, the perfect thing. I was speechless. Btw, I learned quite a lot about Islam and about Morocco etc. It was really interesting. Generally, about Baltic states, we concluded that we are pretty racist (hope I won't offend anyone by saying that). Though it also came out, that even though Germany may look very open to different religions (at least to me) then in reality it is not always the case... So I just must admit, I was seriously enjoying to find out about different cultures. 

Now in the last few days been working on our big 7-weeks project, finishing off our new product (and brand). On Thursday we have a deadline for the brand-book and the pitch presentation. 4 best teams are going to represent their ideas in Yakult company :) I doubt that we gonna get in 4 best teams but doesn't matter that much- at least we kind of like our new product/ brand. And it has been a crazy experience.
